The service life and installation of the furnace liner are directly related to the operation of the furnace worker. As long as the installation is in place and operated according to regulations, the satisfactory effect of the furnace liner can be achieved.
1. Please strictly follow the installation and use instructions for the furnace liner.
2. After the installation of the furnace liner, clean up the debris inside the furnace. When starting a new furnace liner, be sure to handle the material gently and not throw large iron blocks into the liner to avoid damaging it. When starting a newly installed furnace liner, do not pull the medium frequency power too fast, as this is beneficial for the combination of the furnace liner and the fixed filling material.
3. Pay close attention to changes in the furnace chamber during use and handle any situations promptly.
4. After a certain number of uses, the wall of the furnace liner becomes thinner. When the wall thickness of the furnace liner is about to be less than one centimeter, it should be stopped from use and replaced with a new one.
Furnace liner replacement operation:
1. Clean the inside of the intermediate frequency, ensure there are no impurities in the induction coil, check for no water leakage, and clean the furnace bottom.
2. Mixed filling materials: Magnesia sand, quartz sand, and bauxite can be used. Mix 30% coarse powder, 35% medium powder, and 35% fine powder, add 2.5% -3.0% boric acid, and mix evenly before use. No need to add water.
3. Wrap a asbestos cloth around the induction coil and keep it flat.
4. Fill the furnace bottom with filling material and compact it to a height that makes the ground inside the furnace chamber level with the induction coil.
5. Use double ropes to vertically lift the furnace chamber and hoist it into the induction coil
6. Place the furnace liner vertically in the center of the induction coil (improper installation will directly affect the service life of the furnace liner).
7. Fill the furnace chamber and induction coil with filling material, 3-5 centimeters at a time, and compact layer by layer until the furnace mouth is 5-8 centimeters away. Brush the furnace chamber mouth and filling material with water glass, and then cast the furnace collar.
8. Connect the furnace collar sand evenly to the furnace core and use a rubber hammer to press it firmly (ensuring that it will not crack after opening the furnace).
9. Use furnace collar sand to build the furnace collar.
